Pragmatic Construction is building an Affordable Green home in the historic Bronzeville district of Milwaukee.   Architect Joel Agacki and Pragmatic are developing an optimized blend of design, materials and budget.

Excavation- more than expected- encountered old foundation and had to over-dig and add compacted layers of stone to engineered specifications to provide solid base.

Excavation completed and stone compaction, footings and column pads are formed up.
